There's something truly exciting about pre-ordering a figure or collectible you've been looking forward to. Whether it's your favorite character, a limited release, or a long-awaited new arrival, we're just as excited as you are to see it arrive.
As fellow collectors, we understand that waiting isn't always easy. That's why we're committed to making the pre-order process as smooth, transparent, and worry-free as possible.

💜 Reserving Your Pre-Order
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all pre-order items.
Your deposit allows us to reserve your item and place an order with our official suppliers specifically on your behalf. Since these products are ordered based on customer reservations, the deposit is non-refundable once your pre-order has been confirmed.
The remaining 70% balance, along with any applicable shipping charges, will be due once your order arrives and is ready for pickup or shipment.
📅 Release Dates
All release dates shown on our website are estimated and are provided by the manufacturer or distributor.
Occasionally, manufacturers may adjust production schedules or delay product releases. While these changes are unfortunately beyond our control, we'll always do our best to keep you informed if there are any significant updates.

📦 When Your Order Arrives
As soon as your pre-order arrives at our store, we'll carefully inspect each item before preparing it for pickup or shipping.
We'll contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order to let you know it's ready.
Once the remaining balance has been paid, your order will typically be shipped or ready for pickup within 1–3 business days.
🚚 Orders with In-Stock Items
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll normally ship everything together once all items have arrived.
If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can sometimes change.
If you need to make changes to your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll always do our best to help, changes may not be possible once your order has been placed with our supplier.
Because each pre-order is reserved especially for you, the 30% deposit is non-refundable after your reservation has been confirmed.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the requested timeframe and we're unable to reach you after multiple contact attempts, we'll unfortunately need to cancel your reservation and release the item to another collector. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded.
❌ Manufacturer Cancellations
If a manufacturer cancels a product or we're unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
✨ Product Information
Please note that manufacturers may occasionally make changes to:
- Product packaging
- Bonus items
- Release dates
- Product specifications
These changes are determined by the manufacturer and are outside of our control.
In addition, minor wear to the outer retail box may occur during international shipping. Unless the collectible itself is damaged, small imperfections to the packaging are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
