We understand how exciting it is to receive a new collectible, and we want every purchase to be something you truly enjoy. If something doesn't go as planned, please don't worry—we're here to help and will always do our best to make things right.
💜 Before Requesting a Return
If there's ever an issue with your order, we'd love the opportunity to help before you start a return or open a claim.
Simply send us an email with your order number and a few photos (if applicable), and we'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
Most emails are answered within 24–48 business hours.
✅ Eligible Returns
We gladly assist with returns or replacements if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- Your item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
To help us process your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)
- A short description of the issue
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- Returned in the same condition they were received
Unfortunately, items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return.
🎁 Mystery Boxes
Our Mystery Boxes are created to bring the excitement of opening something unexpected.
Each box is carefully packed with 100% officially licensed anime merchandise, and every Mystery Box is a little different.
Because the contents are randomly selected, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges simply because you received a character, item, or duplicate that wasn't what you were hoping for.
Of course, if we accidentally shipped the wrong Mystery Box, or if your items arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly make it right.
🌸 Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow us to reserve limited items especially for you.
Because these products are ordered specifically based on customer reservations, pre-orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Occasionally, manufacturers may delay release dates. While these changes are outside of our control, we'll always keep you updated whenever possible.
If a manufacturer cancels a product and we're unable to fulfill your order, you'll receive a full refund.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, we generally cannot accept returns for:
- Opened figures or collectibles
- Opened blind boxes or blind bags
- Mystery Boxes
- Gift Cards
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know the outcome as soon as possible.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to complete the refund process.
🚚 Return Shipping
If we made a mistake—such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product—we'll work with you to find the best solution.
For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
