🌎 Shipping Destinations
We're happy to ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
If your location isn't currently available at checkout, please don't hesitate to contact us—we'll do our best to help!
📦 Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During holidays, conventions, product launches, or other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

📍 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (when available), so you can follow your package every step of the journey.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after shipment.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, M&R Games & Hobbies cannot control or predict these charges, and they are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.
📦 Packaging
We understand how exciting it is to receive anime collectibles, and we know how important they are to collectors.
That's why every order is packed with care using protective materials whenever possible to help your items arrive safely.
Please note that minor imperfections to the manufacturer's outer packaging may occasionally occur during production or shipping and are generally not considered product defects if the item inside remains undamaged.
🚫 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your package ships.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
🎁 Pre-Order Items
We're always excited to bring you the newest anime releases!
Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available.
Please note that release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may occasionally change without notice.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once everything is available unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
🎁 Mystery Boxes
Our Mystery Boxes are one of our favorite products to pack! 💜
Each Mystery Box is carefully curated with 100% officially licensed anime merchandise, and every box is designed to bring a little surprise and excitement to fellow anime fans.
Depending on the box, you may receive figures, plushies, keychains, acrylic stands, badges, stationery, and other officially licensed collectibles.
Where available, you may choose your favorite anime series, but the specific items inside each Mystery Box are selected at random and cannot be customized or guaranteed.
If you purchase multiple Mystery Boxes, we'll always do our best to reduce duplicate items whenever possible. However, due to the random nature of Mystery Boxes and inventory availability, duplicates may occasionally occur.
Because Mystery Boxes are surprise products, they are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:
- We shipped the wrong Mystery Box.
- The contents arrived damaged.
- There is a verified manufacturing defect.

⚠️ Shipping Delays
While we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some delays are unfortunately beyond our control.
Weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or other unexpected events may occasionally affect delivery times.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the damaged item(s) (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work closely with you and the shipping carrier to find the best possible solution.
